About - Born on February 1, 1901 -Died from prostate cancer on May 22, 1967-From Joplin, Missouri Friends Lately the Ford Model T has been getting very swanky with the economy, everyone wants to buy one! Especially how fast they are being made with the new assembly line system. Also now Fords can be purchased cheaper and more efficient. With the radio now I can listen to great jazz music by Louis Armstrong, anytime that I want! The radio is the bee's knees! My friend Louis Armstrong performs at the Cotton Club where only African Americans would perform jazz in front of white's, but only whites are allowed in the cotton club, but African Americans can still listen to the nifty music. Today the TV in our normal homes now has sound! Whooopppeee! This is swell, since our televisions used to not have sound. Overall with this new nifty assembly line, we can now make products like the radio easier, quicker and purchase the radio's cheaper. I love going with some of my bimbo friends and go watch Babe Ruth play at our baseball stadium here in town! It's the bee's knees for everyone here in town to enjoy something fun to do! -Louis Armstrong -Bessie Smith I love that girls are rebelling and getting their hair cuts short and wearing short dresses! I heard everyone is calling these girls flappers. Get your driving gloves and look really swell compared to every other man. Things have been easier now that even though I am African American I can express my culture through my trumpet and jazz music and now people will actually listen to it!
