The message delivery starts with the Campaign, but on the way it involves everyone and everyone delivers the message We are doing it to make Toilet and Sanitation safe and accessible to women,this will be most effectively done by forcing Government to make a commitment. The message reaches the targets over a period of time by different means. At the same time a lot of groundwork is going on to mobilise,motivate and make allies to make the Campaign stronger and the message more reachable and real. We are communicating mainly with the people who have toilets and sanitation granted and are giving a blind eye to the grave problem out there, and also people who make make the change happen.
