They are a great thing to use, but are they always gonna be a good idea? Many students have received Computer Vision Syndrome which causes eye strain, headaches, blurred vision, dry eyes, and a skeletal disorder called "text neck" which is caused from looking down at a mobile device to often causing neck and shoulder pain.
