A stampede could lead to many dangers especially when the animals are traveling from the Baltimore Zoo to the Inner Harbor. There are 521 680 people per square mile that could be affected by the stampede. The different animals stampeding all have different things about them that could easily harm the city. For example, the cows weigh between 350800 lbs, and they could cause road damage. Also, the elephants have the strength to pull a tree out of the ground, and since they like to gather in groups, they could take out a huge tree. Another animal that could damage the plants, are the gazelles because they feed on plants, and they have the ability to reach plants in high places by standing on their hind legs. In addition, the leopard is nocturnal, so it could see at night. The leopard is built on strength so it relies of surprising the pray, and then they attack. The Baltimore Zoo is located in Druid Hill Park which contains the Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory and Botanic Gardens. When the animals come through, they could destroy those gardens and the farmers market that contains many people. In conclusion, the stampede will cause a lot of damage to our city and zoo.
