Give 22 The Alaska Network on Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit In FY 2014 our Legal Program: ANDVSA supports and connects domestic violence and sexual assault programs serving communities and survivors in every region in Alaska. programs are part of our statewide network. provided pro bono legal representation in 280 domestic violence and/or sexual assault cases. 280 Our pro bono attorneys provided of hours of services = Join us in the movement to end violence in Alaska. equaling approx. dollars in donated legal assistance. 1.2 million dollars Training: From October 2013 - May 2014 ANDVSA trained 627 community partners like: educators, health care providers, law enforcementtribal partners, advocates and community members. THOUSANDS In FY 2014 our Prevention Program: Policy: Between April 1, 2013 - July 31, 2014, the Empowering Choice Program developed in partnership with ANDVSA & the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation assisted: 188 families in finding safe housing. 94% of those housed wereextremely or very low income. launched a new violence prevention program for male mentors, a new campaign for parents and refreshed our Stand Up Speak Up campaign for youth. Our PSAs on consent, part of ourprogram focusing on sexual assault, aired on television 4,533 times. 120 youth & supporting adults came to Lead On! our annual youthleadership mini-summit.
