His brother had to furnish the account balance for VISA interview in Bangalore; else it would have resulted in an opportunity loss. The client contacted Prabhat Gupta who in turn went to his fathers (mandate holders) place in a remote location of Kolkatta to collect RTGSrequest documents as he was unwell. However, the request wasnt processed on Saturday due to long travelling. Hence, Prabhat ensured that the funds were credited to his brothers account on Monday by 10.30 am. Such a humble deed added in designing a career path of the clients brother. He then contacted Dimpi Jhurani for help, who arranged new cheque-book delivery at his home branch post necessary approvals via phone/emails & subsequent liaison with the concerned team. The client was enormously amazed with Dimpis prompt services & instructed his sister to transfer all funds to his Kotak account resulting in a huge enhancement.
