Your supervisor will want to keep you around and trust you. Making assumptions on the job can result in consequences. If you assume one thing and it isn't correct, you can end up ruining something. Depending on the situation, you could even hurt someone. You do not want to put you, your customers, or your co-workers in any danger. It is important to ask questions when a policy because your decisions when unclear can conclude to consequences. If you do something that is against company policy, you could possibly get fired.Supervisor's love when you ask them questions.It shows that you are interested in the job and excited to be there. Not asking questions can show you could care less about the job, and that you're lazy. It is important to follow instructions because the instructions/procedures are there for a reason. They are not there to ignore, they're to help you do your job properly. If you do not do it correctly, you could mess everythingup. There could be a back up, someone could get hurt, and so on.
