He stopped around the same whites as blacks, but he let most ofthe whites off with a warning or a ticket. Allof the blacks were taken in. *resources 2008 -The 26-year-old biracial mother,Tarika Wilson, was dating Anthony Terry,who was wanted by the police on suspicion of drug dealing. -SWAT team busted down Wilsons doorand opened fire.-Wilson was killed and her 1 yr oldson was injured.-The killing sparked rage in Lima and accusations of a racist police department.the officer who shot Wilson, Sgt.
