After many years of different owners the theater was once again acquired by its owners that once owned it in the 1980s. Then once they bought the theatre they made changes to the theatre. This 85 year old theatre has 1,000 seats. Then in the early 1980sLaverne Loftus bought the theatre with her husband and made changes tothe theatre from the early 1980's to the late 1980's.
