They thought these red dots could also represent instances of power-based personal violence since it happens so frequently. This campaign educates people on violence, especially rape and violenceagainst women, and teaches how to be an active bystander provide training, technical assistance, and program development for individuals, schools, and organizations that are working to foster safer communities -World Health Organization "The power of green dot is simple: Red dots bad.
