Below is the membership form, which you can mail to the below address. We will also be following up with door-to-door contact in April to ensure that everyone is aware of the Dues Drive and answer any questions or address any concerns. We welcome every neighbor to join us at our monthly meetings held at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Room B118. The meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.
