It is caused by hormonal changes, relationship issues, grief, or stress. What are its symptoms? Some symptoms include worry, feeling insecure, fear, self-conscious, and panic. How is anxiety different from depression? Anxiety concludes after the event that caused it has concluded. How do you reduce anxiety? Plan in advance for activities, have a positive outlook, take deepbreaths, stretch and get a massage, try to laugh, workout, and work on creative projects.
