The successful candidate's duties may include, but are not limited to, managingvoluminous documents using electronic databases and complex litigation support software, gatheringand analyzing facts and evidence, directing witnesses in preparation of trial, handling administrativecases with attorneys, researching, identifying, and managing expert witnesses, summarizing depositiontranscripts, organizing evidence for depositions and trial, assisting counsel at depositions and trialincluding the use of software in the courtroom, researching complex legal issues and drafting legal documents, and various other litigation support functions.
