Middle- Hiccup struggles to train his dragon.In the past, Hiccup has been taught thatthe best way to train a dragon is to yell atit. But, Hiccup thinks that there are better ways. Climax- the boys all fail the final initiation. According to viking custom, they are to besent into exile. End- There is a storm, so the chiefpostpones the exile for a day. They spot an evil dragon on the shore. When Hiccupsaves the tribe, all of the boys exile is cancelled. Setting When: Viking daysWhere: Norway area (exact unknown) The setting impacts the themebecause of the Viking traditions.They had to pursue forward and nevergive up when times got rough. Protagonist Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III is the heir to the Hairy Hooligan Viking tribe. He is expected tobe strong and brave, but he is rather puny, and other Vikings call him the Useless. Antagonist Snotface Snotlout is the cousin of Hiccup. Hewants to becomechief one day. He isstrong and tough.Based on looks, he wouldbe a much better chief.But, looks are noteverything.
